KaamCare is a health-focused mobile application designed to assist users in managing their medical needs through features such as pill reminders, health tracking, and medical record organization. The client wanted to drive high-quality app installs at scale using Google Ads.
The core goal was to lower the cost per install (CPI) while increasing total installs and impressions through a well-structured advertising strategy. The previous campaigns showed modest results with limited install volume and high CPI. We optimized the strategy to scale reach, improve ROI, and maximize installs efficiently.
KaamCare operates in the digital healthcare and wellness app industry — targeting individuals across the US who need tools to stay on top of their medication schedules, vitals, and health goals. The ideal user base includes working professionals, caregivers, elderly individuals, and people managing chronic illnesses.
Between April 4 and March 31, 2025, the campaign delivered underwhelming results. With only 54 installs generated from 45.7K impressions and a total ad spend of $160, the Cost per Install (CPI) was $2.97 — considerably high. The budget allocation lacked strategy, and the learning phase was prolonged, leading to slow performance and poor returns.
Following a strategic overhaul, the campaign witnessed a dramatic turnaround. From March through July 2025, installs surged to 8.35K, with 64.6K clicks at a total cost of just $1.38K — bringing the CPI down to an impressive $0.17. This resulted in a 75x increase in installs and a 97.6% reduction in CPI. With optimized targeting and smarter ad placements, the app successfully reached over 900,000 users with minimal spend and maximum impact.
